Data Mapping Diagram

When I am in the design phase of a web application, I create a data mapping diagram to think out how the data tables will integrate. The design I start with usually improves as the project develops. This is an actual diagram I used to create a searchable knowledge base containing Operation's manuals. I use Visio.
